There are two ways to enable dark mode in Underleaf:

1. Click the Underleaf extension icon in your browser and use the dark mode toggle in the dropdown menu.

2. Open the Underleaf toolbar above the editor in Overleaf and click the settings icon to find the dark mode toggle.

This usually happens when the subscription email doesn't match your Overleaf email address. To resolve this:

1. Check which email you used during subscription (check your receipt)

2. Verify your Overleaf email address (click your profile in Overleaf)

3. If they don't match, contact us at team@underleaf.ai with both email addresses
